Delivery Details

We aim to deliver your items promptly, keeping you updated every step of the way. Once you place your order we will confirm it via email. To process the order we normally need 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday), if you order before 14:00 EST, we will start working on your order the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package’s journey directly through our website using this tracking number. The delivery time usually takes 4 - 7 business days (Monday to Friday). We currently deliver to Canada free of charge.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please do not panic. Allow for up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Have you received your package but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.

Order Cancellations

We strive to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kevinsheffield.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.
