Return process
You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To start the return process, first contact our customer support and they will provide you with more information. Please make sure that you carefully package the items so that they won't get damaged on the way back to us. You will have to cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have approved the return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days to the same payment method you used for your order.
No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at info@kevinsheffield.com. We will do our best to get you what you really want.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you received your package but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.

Order Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kevinsheffield.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.
