Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday). You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed before 14:00 to be processed within the stated timeframe.
Delivery Information
We offer free delivery on all orders within Canada.
Delays
Your order should arrive within 6-9 working days (Monday - Friday). If it hasn’t arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out. Should further delays occur, contact us at info@kevinsheffield.com for assistance.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us at info@kevinsheffield.com as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, take a photo and email it to info@kevinsheffield.com. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or the correct item.
